The Mindful Bus

With Dr Ellis Edmunds

The Mindful Bus is a therapeutic board game designed for groups, couples, or individuals to apply the ACT model to their lives.

Dr Edmunds will be raffling a complete game set during the chapter meeting! One lucky attendee will go home with their very own Mindful Bus. Are you feeling lucky?

Come learn

  • how the game was developed
  • the rules to play
  • and if you are willing, to play the game with others

If you are unfamiliar with the ACT model, it will teach you the basics in a dynamic game format.  For those already familiar with the model, it will provide a new context for using ACT concepts.  I would also love any feedback for future editions of the game.  It's ACT therapy in a box!  You can learn more at www.themindfulbus.com.
